Electrical control panel design and manufacture

We design and build bespoke electrical control panels to match your machines, your layout, and the environment they run in. We make sure everything is built right, with clear documentation, quality components, and neat wiring as standard.

Control panels built for your process

  • We’ve manufactured over 100,000 panels across the UK industry, from food production to power generation. We use Form 1 to Form 4 configurations to BS EN 61439 standards, and we build using steel, stainless steel, polycarbonate and other materials to suit your environment.

  • We can work from your specification or help create one. Our team uses EPlan and AutoCAD to produce detailed schematics, layouts, and parts lists. EPlan is the industry’s most advanced control design software providing:

    • Neater, more accurate designs. EPlan makes it easy to produce clean, consistent schematics that are easy to follow and scale.

    • Less room for error. Built-in rules and templates help us get it right the first time and reduce costly mistakes.

    • Smarter parts selection. We use a live product database to choose the right components, based on real manufacturer data.

    • Better collaboration. All design data is centralised, so engineers, suppliers, and installers are always working from the same page.

    • Faster turnaround. EPlan automates time-consuming tasks like wiring diagrams and terminal lists, helping us move quicker without cutting corners.

    • Reliable documentation. Everything’s backed by the correct, clear paperwork, so you know what you’ve got and how to support it later.

Every panel is fully tested, documented, and backed by our ISO 9001 quality system.
